Why SWIPE IRL Exists

SWIPE IRL exists because humane connection started feeling less human.  Meeting people became dependent on apps, algorithms, profiles, and endless swiping - while real-life interaction slowly disappeared.  Conversations became harder to start.  People became less approachable.  And despite being more digitally connected than ever, many people felt more disconnected in real life.  

We created SWIPE IRL to help change that.

Not by replacing technology - but by bringing people back to what matters most: genuine human interaction.  

SWIPE IRL is built around a simple idea:  The world feels better when people connect in real life.

Through wearable social signaling, community experiences, and intentional design, we're creating easier, more natural ways for people to start conversations, meet organically, and feel socially connected again.
